Madison Birthday Boost is a nonprofit organization dedicated to making sure every child in our community feels celebrated on their birthday, regardless of financial circumstances.

We partner with local volunteers, families, and referral agencies to assemble and deliver birthday boxes filled with party supplies, gifts, and personal touches. Our mission is simple: to spread joy and show every child that they matter.

Founded in 2025, Madison Birthday Boost continues the spirit of the former Box of Balloons – Madison Chapter with a renewed local focus and long-term vision.
