Madison Birthday Boost supports families in need in our community by providing birthday boxes that include everything necessary to celebrate a child at home.
Each box includes cupcakes, decorations, and a gift, helping families create a joyful birthday moment even during challenging times. With the support of volunteers, donors, and community partners, we make sure no child’s birthday is overlooked.

About Madison Birthday Boost
Madison Birthday Boost is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to making sure every child can be celebrated on their birthday. We prepare boxes filled with everything a caregiver needs to host a special day, including decorations, supplies, and a gift for the child.
We work exclusively through referrals from social workers at trusted partners such as The Road Home and Madison Metropolitan School District. This ensures donations go directly to children from families facing the greatest challenges in our community.
All donations are tax deductible as allowed by law.
